It is a great complex.. front office personnel are great! Great Central Location...

Would recomend this. Conventient to I35, Quiet Ample Parking.

I would say it is a nice quiet place, however, for the cost of rent, there are much nicer places to be.

The section I am living is quite nice. I however have had neighbors that were out of hand and very loud. Fighting was a everyday occurrence. The office for reason's I am not aware of finally evicted them. I have had only a few times where I had to contact the office to have something repaired or sprayed for insects. This is mainly because I take great care of my apartment with high respect for property that is not mine. I have never been late with my rent and abide by all rules set by the manager. The times I have called the office and spoke with Julie who is our manager, I never had to wait over 24 hours for my work ticket to be taken care of. She is very sufficient, professional and cares about my well being in every way possible being I am a woman living alone. Living at Indian Creek? It's like what the banner states above the office, " Welcome home"

Apartment is in very nice shape. The appliances while old still work. The only issue right now is that the second shower does not work but I will be calling that in today. Overall I rate Indian Creek very high. For the cost I don't think you could beat them.
